In Corozal, the "hot" spot is the "coolest" place in town.  

The  "Rainforest Restaurant & Poolside Bar"  is next to the pool and is

being completely renovated.  Renovations started this January 2008.

The swimming-pool, itself, is a great attraction with it's sparkling blue water.

The poolside Restaurant / Lounge / Bar, is fully tiled and is under a large bay palm thatch roof that has a fully stocked bar, with bar stool seating on 3 sides.  For those who want to relax in more comfort as they enjoy their drinks, 5 sets of colorful cushioned sofas and armchairs, plus coffee tables, are arranged around the spacious area. 

Meal service is available from  7:am  until  11:pm. 

Patrons can enjoy dining while overlooking the Corozal Bay, the swimming pool and gardens.  Hand-carved tables and chairs bloom with colorful flowers.  All day long, the menu offers a wide selection of tempting entrees, with a list of wines and champagnes to compliment the meal. 

Bar service is available from  7:am  to  midnight  on weekdays and  7:am  until almost  2:am  on weekends.  Our bar is the best stocked in all of Belize.  It has a selection of  almost 300 different cocktails on our drink menu, plus local beer and stout.

Live music by local bands many Sundays afternoons.

The complex opened April 27th, 2001 and is still Corozal's most popular gathering place.
