Policies & Procedures
Minimum Age Restriction: You must be over the age of 18
to book.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time at 3:00pm and check-out time is at
11:00am.
Need to Check-Out later than 11:00am please inform the Front Desk or one of the
Bartenders
to avoid being charged for an extra day.
Please call, fax or e-mail us if you will be arriving later than 11pm.
Security deposit: We require a credit card imprint and cardholder
signature upon arrival.
Any damages, telephone charges, restaurant or bar charges, extra housekeeping
charges or missing items will
be charged accordingly to your credit card.
Guarantee Policy: We will use your credit card to guarantee your
reservation.
We will only process payment from the credit card upon check-in date,
cancellation, or “no-show”.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival
will result in being charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
Cancellations made 13 or less days prior to arrival, including "no-shows" will
result in no refunds, unless we are able to rebook your room for the same
length.
Cancellation Insurance from your Insurance Broker should be considered.
Children: Children are welcome. Children under 12 stay free in same room,
ages 12 and over are charged the same as adults.
Smoking: Due to the thatch roofs of Corozal Bay Resort we recommend for
guests wishing to smoke to do so outside on the private balconies or on the
beach.
Customer Discretion: Your reservation is for a specified number of
guests. Corozal Bay Resort requires notification of any increase in size of your
party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by the property.
We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to
excessive noise or property abuse.
